Please note that the cleaning list applies to time scheduled and/or priority lists left by the customer. Also, any rooms with doors closed will not be entered/cleaned, unless requested by the customer
Cancellation Policy – Please notify us by phone by 5pm the office business day (Mon-Fri) prior to your appointment to reschedule or cancel, otherwise a $40 fee applies regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
Green Cleaning
Green cleaning is cleaning with products that reduce the health and environmental impact, compared to standard cleaning chemical alternatives. While not always feasible for heavy cleaning needs, such as move-ins and move-outs, in most cases our green-friendly cleaning choice will take care of your needs. Please let us know when you book your appointment if you would like us to use our green-friendly chemical choices in your home.
